Christmas is fast approaching, and another challenging year marked by geopolitical crises, high inflation, and market turmoil is drawing to a close. The year has presented challenges for both individuals and businesses. When the framework conditions change, both a willingness to change and leadership are needed, and many companies have had to think radically anew to adapt to the new normal.
We too have had to rethink things this year. Never underestimate a good crisis, as the saying goes, and we have therefore used this year to invest in new AI technology, develop new digital products and further develop our existing products. We have also obtained both the miljøfyrtårn certification and several DNV certifications.
As December is drawing to a close:
- 164 people have exciting new jobs
- 165 podcast episodes have been published and played 15,700 times
- 5.4 million views of customer logos on social media
- 20 recruitment themes have been discussed in the podcast series The Recruitment Council
- 27 top leaders have shared their advice and leadership experiences in the podcast series. The Top Management podcast
- 12 training videos have been produced to make managers better at recruitment
- Two pro bono assignments have been completed for non-profit organisations.
- 130 young leadership talents have been assessed as part of the E24 awards. Young Leader of the Year
Our triple bottom line, people, planet & profit, is fundamental to MeyerHaugen. Therefore, next year too, we will work extremely hard to achieve our vision. Set the standard for future recruitment. We are looking forward to it!
