From 1 February, there will be no less than five new partners at MeyerHaugen; Daniel Pedersen, Ellen Ruth, Ingrid Sæthre, Veronica Truong Jensen and Øystein Gjuvsland. All five have been employed by the company for a considerable time and have contributed greatly to the company's solid growth.
We are very proud to be able to promote five employees to partnership. They breathe and live our values and are flag-bearers for our corporate culture. Not least, they have provided our customers and candidates with great added value through their strong industry knowledge, as well as contributed to further developing the recruitment methodology the company is known for, says CEO Jane Aamodt Haugland.
Developing my own talents
"It is very important that we can cultivate talent from within our own ranks, who then take the step up to become partners in the company," says MeyerHaugen's chair, Siv Jensen. "At MeyerHaugen, we have assembled a very strong team who will assist our clients to continue to grow in a challenging market.".
Continues to grow
MeyerHaugen currently employs 24 people and has grown to become one of the country's largest recruitment companies. The company was named a Gazelle business for 2022.
– We are continuing to grow and it is important that we strengthen ourselves in line with the expectations our partners have of us, says Haugland. If we are to achieve our vision of setting the standard for future recruitment, we are dependent on having the best people on the team.
