Gnistuken 2025

The Spark Festival is a knowledge festival about leadership that will be held from 3 to 7 November.
This year's theme is «Choices».

Under Gnistuken, Norway's leading professional communities invite dialogue and knowledge sharing. This year, we explore how individuals, groups, organisations and society make choices in complex environments. Gnistuken is Norway's foremost meeting place for dialogue on leadership. The festival consists of a series of physical and digital lectures, debates and workshops, both during the day and in the evening. You choose what you wish to attend.

All activities during Gnistuken are free of charge.

Who should take tomorrow's election – artificial intelligence or humans?

08:30 – 09:30
Recruitment Council Live

Even today, artificial intelligence makes the recruitment process easier. But should we trust algorithms or humans the most when choosing who gets the job? The question is becoming increasingly relevant. In this live podcast, we discuss the dilemmas that arise when technology and human judgment meet in the recruitment process. We look at what artificial intelligence can contribute, and what still requires human experience and intuition. The conversation invites reflection on where the boundaries should lie – and who we want to govern the future.

As a participant, you will receive:

  • An understanding of how AI impacts recruitment today and tomorrow
  • Concrete examples of when technology works – and when it doesn't – and what you should be aware of as a leader

Coffee and simple food will be served from 08:00. The event starts at 08:30 at our premises, Olav Vs gate 5 in Oslo.
