Lillan has been part of MeyerHaugen since September 2023. She was born and raised in Drammen, but eventually settled in Asker. Lillan has always maintained an active lifestyle. Handball was her great passion during her youth. She is very fond of her family, but also spends a lot of time with good friends. Travel, experiences, and good food are things Lillan values highly.
What made you want to work at MeyerHaugen?
I have extensive experience in staffing and recruitment, both as a department manager in my own department and in the consulting and staffing industry, where I have held roles such as Office Manager and Senior Advisor. When the opportunity arose at MeyerHaugen, it felt both exciting and right. MeyerHaugen is an innovative company that approaches the recruitment process differently from many others, distinguishing itself through, among other things, its use of podcasts.
I thrive best when I can combine my experience from the recruitment industry at a professional level, but also be close to clients and candidates, suppliers and other visitors, which I get the opportunity to do in the role of Office Manager.

It must be that I met the man of my life during the 'russ' period. We were both 'russ' that year. We are still happily married and have two adult children together.
What would you do if you were the boss at MeyerHaugen for a day?
MeyerHaugen is located in the old Wilhelmsen premises on Olav Vs gate. With my great passion for interior design, it would have been a dream to have unlimited funds to style these premises with art and decorations. That being said, it's quite beautiful here today too!
Hva er din drømme destinasjon?
I must experience Australia. I've never been there, but sun and warmth all year round, exciting culture and wildlife, sounds like a perfect fit.
If you could have dinner with a famous person (dead or alive), who would it be?
I would choose to have dinner with Matthew McConaughey. It goes without saying why!
