We at MeyerHaugen are proud to announce our collaboration with the organisation Working together on a job, a voluntary organisation established in 2017. This partnership aims to help immigrants find and utilise their competencies in the Norwegian labour market.
"Sammen om en jobb" is known for running Norway's largest mentoring programme for highly educated immigrants. With over 160 mentor-mentee connections each year, they create valuable relationships that contribute to increased integration and value creation in our society. The organisation is also Norway's largest community for this group, with more than 300 members who receive support through a tailored digital platform.
Through our collaboration, everyone receiving guidance from Sammen om en jobb will receive free licenses to our Job Seeker Course. This course is designed to help participants navigate the Norwegian labour market and strengthen their job prospects. In addition, mentors in the programme will gain access to a basic recruitment course for managers, which provides them with valuable tools to understand and support their mentees in the best possible way.
We believe in the power of collaboration, and we are convinced that together we can make a significant difference in the lives of many immigrants. By offering our resources to Sammen om en jobb, we hope to contribute to a more inclusive and diverse working life in Norway.
