Several employees are hesitant to change jobs now due to the uncertainty surrounding digital onboarding. How will I manage in a new job when I can only meet my boss, new colleagues, clients and partners on Teams? How will I orient myself when I don't have access to all the informal information we know is so important in a job? The recruitment company MeyerHaugen is collaborating with one of Norway's foremost researchers, Frode Haaland, on the topic of onboarding. We are doing this to help our clients and candidates succeed in changing jobs in a digital everyday life.
