Unemployment in Norway is at a historically high level. Hopefully, most of those furloughed will return to their old jobs before too long. Unfortunately, a number of people will likely lose their jobs permanently. How can an employer help former employees re-enter the job market more easily? And what advice can we give to you if you have become unemployed?
