What personal data we may have about you
In connection with recruitment assignments, MeyerHaugen will collect personal data about our candidates, which is data that can be linked to you as an individual.
The personal data we record about you is:

Alder
– Sex
Nationality
– Postal address
– email address and telephone number
CV
– reference interviews and internal reviews.
We will obtain consent in cases where extended processing of personal data is relevant, such as for testing, background checks, credit checks, and similar.
What the personal data is used for
When carrying out recruitment assignments, we will require your personal details in order to contact you and process your candidacy in recruitment processes or when you wish to be considered for future positions.
Who we share personal data with
During the recruitment process, we will at some point need to share your personal data with the relevant client for the specific position.
If you have registered with us, in our candidate database, on a general basis, it will be necessary to share information from your CV with potential clients (employers). We will protect your personal integrity and exercise discretion towards clients.
Data processors
MeyerHaugen will only share your personal data with third parties if they provide services within technical solutions to MeyerHaugen. We have entered into data processing agreements with our subcontractors to ensure your rights, i.e. that your personal data cannot be used for
other purposes than those agreed with you. Our subcontractors are located within the EU/EEA.
Storage of personal data
We only store your personal data with your consent. If you no longer wish us to process your personal data for recruitment purposes, you can contact us at any time. You can withdraw your consent whenever you wish and you have the option to have your information deleted.
If you consent to us storing your personal data, CV and application for future job opportunities, we will store the information for 3 years. You can request that your personal data be deleted at any time.
We must also respect any storage requirements in accordance with the law.
Your rights
The privacy regulations give you the right to access the information we have stored about you at any time. You can request the correction and deletion of your information at any time in accordance with applicable legislation.
The personal data we have registered about you and which we process for recruitment purposes is always based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time, at which point your data will be deleted.
If your personal data is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected.
You can at any time request that we restrict and/or object to our use of your personal data. You have the right to complain to The Data Protection Agency. We encourage you to contact us in advance so that we can address your objections and attempt to resolve the situation internally.
