For the 15th time, E24 conducted the Årets ledertalent (Young Leader of the Year) award, to identify the foremost leaders under 35 years of age in Norwegian business. E24 chose MeyerHaugen as our partner to evaluate nearly 300 nominated candidates. Through interviews, personality profiling, CV review, and references, we, together with the jury, have selected the greatest leadership talents within eight different categories:
- Sustainability
- Organisational development consultant
- Company builder
- Economy
- Sale
- Technology
- Marketer
- Open class
After a thorough process, the winners were announced at a star-studded event in Oslo on 12 December.
MeyerHaugen are proud to have helped shine a spotlight on young, up-and-coming leaders. Through many excellent meetings with talented young leaders, we believe that Norwegian working life is heading towards good years with this group as future top managers.
We thank both E24, the jury, and the professionals who have contributed to this award. And not least, all the excellent candidates!
