The starting gun is now firing for this year's leadership talents 2025!

– We want to encourage good leadership by highlighting the country's top talents, says editor-in-chief Lars Håkon Grønning of E24, who is behind the award.

"It's quite spectacular how unpredictable and complex it is to be a leader today," says Petter Meyer, referring to the uncertain global situation. "We need leaders who can adapt quickly, and who are flexible, pragmatic, and have a high tolerance for stress.".

This is a unique opportunity for businesses and colleagues to showcase their young talents. Anyone can submit nominations for talented individuals under 35 years old, who have managerial or professional leadership responsibilities in the business sector.

MeyerHaugen contributes to the evaluation of all candidates. The way we work with the leadership talent award is not dissimilar to how we normally assess candidates for top management positions. Those who may be considered for the winning lists are tested and interviewed, and references are obtained. Candidates who get this far also receive an analysis and feedback on their own leadership, which we hope contributes to learning and increased leadership competence, regardless of their final placement.
