After submitting your application, one of MeyerHaugens employees will reach out to you, to have a short preliminary conversation. The main goal of the preliminary conversation is to establish if Kongsberg Maritime will be a good fit for your profile.
The second step is a first interview. You will meet representatives from KONGSBERG.
The final candidates will complete psychometric tests from our supplier Assessio. You may be requested to do personality testing (MAP) and abilities (MATRIGMA). Tests from Assessio are standardized according to Norwegian regulations, approved by DNV-GL. The MeyerHaugen representative and KONGSBERG representatives will be present in the in-dept interview.
