After submitting your application, one of MeyerHaugen's employees will reach out to you for a short preliminary conversation. The main goal of the preliminary conversation is to establish if Kongsberg Maritime will be a good fit for your profile.

The second step is an initial interview. You will meet with representatives from KONGSBERG.

The fuseFinal candidates will complete psychometric tests from our supplier Assessio. You may be requested to do personality testing (MAP) and abilities (MATRIGMA). Tests from Assessio are standardised according to Norwegian regulations, approved by DNV-GL. The MeyerHaugen representative and KONGSBERG representatives will be present at the in-depth interview.
