The Risk Management department consists of 23 employees and is located in Bjørvika, Oslo. The department is a central development, support, and control function within DnB Markets and is responsible for identifying risk factors, valuation methods, quantifying the consequences of new regulations, as well as the general development of risk calculation and valuation systems, and daily risk reporting in DNB Markets and Treasury. The department consists of three units: Quantification, Analysis, and Risk Reporting. The department collaborates closely with the Markets front office and other units within the group. The department is an important facilitator for good decisions at all levels.

The Analysis department within the Risk Management section currently comprises three employees responsible for capital regulation, liquidity, credit risk, and collateral management. We are now looking for a new colleague with a strong interest in the field who can deliver excellent analyses. The Analysis department must have a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and associated reporting relevant to DNB Markets. Therefore, it is advantageous if you have knowledge of regulatory frameworks and the bank's balance sheet. In this position, you will utilise your abilities in collaboration, initiative-taking, anchoring, and engagement across the organisation.

The Quantisation Department, within the Risk Management section, is responsible for further developing new methods and tools for valuation and the calculation/monitoring of risk. We use both systems from external suppliers and develop our own calculation infrastructure as needed. Our area of responsibility thus lies at the intersection of mathematical finance and IT. As a member of the team, you will play an important role in daily operations, as well as participate in strategic projects related to valuation, risk calculation, system development, and regulatory changes. We are now looking to strengthen the team.
