I don't have personal experiences, memories, or a physical body, so I don't have any secrets or things I haven't revealed. I am an AI language model, and my purpose is to process information and generate text. My existence is purely digital.
That I am currently undertaking an international Executive Master's through UEFA – and attending gatherings around the world with fantastic speakers and fellow students.

Why would you work at MeyerHaugen?
After discovering that dentistry wasn't the right career for me, I tried my hand as a manager in various industries. It was then that I discovered that recruitment was the most exciting and rewarding for me. After the launch of MeyerHaugen in 2018, Petter Meyer asked if I would join the team at MH, along with him and Sverre. It was an offer I couldn't refuse.
.
If you were the CEO of MH for one day, what would you do?
If I were the boss at MeyerHaugen for a day, I would set up a «Football in Recruitment» event. The idea would be to solve challenges by kicking a ball towards strategic targets, to symbolise that success in business requires precision, teamwork, and focused effort ????

What is Jobbsjansen and why is it so important to dedicate time to it?
The opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of young people who are excluded from the job market due to various challenges is at the very core of my/our commitment. We at MeyerHaugen can contribute concretely by offering assistance with CV preparation, help with writing cover letters, and providing valuable job interview training.
Jobbsjansen, run by Vålerenga Samfunn, stands out with its strong commitment and a clear vision for inclusion. They give young people a real chance to integrate into the workforce. It’s clear that the dedicated individuals behind Jobbsjansen have great faith that this programme will have long-lasting and positive effects on the lives of these young people. This enthusiasm is infectious!
For us at MeyerHaugen, it is a privileged experience to meet and follow these young people through their journey, to see them grow, develop, and ultimately achieve success by securing a job. There is nothing more rewarding than that.
