Our vision is to set the standard for the future of recruitment. To achieve this, we have chosen to work towards a triple bottom line:
PEOPLE: We believe that the key to success is putting people first. If we can build an organization that prioritizes employees, we will consequently achieve our goals of innovation, economic growth, and stability.
MeyerHaugen is certified as a Miljøfyrtårn (Environmental Lighthouse) and is 100% paperless.
We travel by public transport as much as possible and have a clear reuse strategy that is applied to all internal purchases. As a Miljøfyrtårn, we actively support several of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. A sustainable future requires concrete action and a joint effort from businesses, governments, and consumers. We want to do our part!
MeyerHaugen aims to help more people find meaningful work and ensure that fewer individuals fall outside the workforce.
We measure our results on a triple bottom line, where our contribution to a better society and how we care for our employees is just as important as financial outcomes. Through pro bono assignments, we share our expertise free of charge to uplift organizations and individuals, helping them achieve their recruitment goals. MeyerHaugen aims to double the number of pro bono assignments in 2024.
