There are eight different categories:

Who can I nominate?

You can nominate whoever you want, but the person must be a managerial talent under the age of 35 (born 1 Jan. 1988 or later). The person must work in Norwegian business, have responsibility for results, personnel and/or decision-making and have excelled beyond the ordinary in their role.

When is the deadline?
