We are currently looking to hire a Project Manager in Sweden. We are particularly interested in individuals with extensive senior-level experience, capable of executing large strategic projects and programs, as well as those who have recently acquired project management expertise.

We anticipate that you have a background in a Bachelor's degree program in economics, administration, project management, or engineering. You are motivated by the opportunity to achieve outstanding results alongside your colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager, you will be a vital part of the Change Methodology team, a collective of project management professionals dedicated to the Bank. You will be dynamically assigned to lead projects or programs under the sponsorship of a functional area, all guided by the Bank's priorities. Project Sponsors hold overall accountability for project success, ensuring key governance decisions are secured, and benefits are realized.

As our Project Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Initiation: Creating a project charter to clearly outline objectives, scope, benefits, and key stakeholders.
• Planning: Developing a comprehensive project plan, including milestones, governance decisions, work breakdown structure, resource and cost planning, quality requirements, communication and procurement planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Execution: Directing and managing project work, ensuring the quality of deliverables, handling communications, procuring necessary resources, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving value-based outcomes.
• Monitoring, Controlling, and Reporting: Overseeing project scope, managing changes, resources, costs, procurements, risks, and issues. Additionally, timely and accurate reporting of project status and deliverables is vital.
• Closure: Ensuring that deliverables are successfully completed and handed over to the relevant teams.

Santander is also embracing the Scaled Agile Framework, which means that Project Managers will play a pivotal role in initiatives executed through the Agile Release Trains, while also leading more traditional projects within our dynamic environment.
