Autostore has established a new Data Science team, to identify, categorize, analyze and use important data in the company. We are looking for a candidate motivated by being part of a journey and wanting to help build a new area in the company. We are looking for a candidate with analytical qualities and with great technical interest.

About the job
Your main responsibility will be to optimize our dataflows; from acquisition, processing, and governance to mapping and presenting high-quality data to our analytics team and other business stakeholders in a user-friendly and secure matter. You will work with sustaining and improving our data platform. The goal is to make data accessible and dependable within the organization, and you will explore and implement ways to enhance data quality and reliability, working with data modelling and data management

Competency requirements
To succeed in a role like this, you need to have experience from cloud based architecture in Azure, and preferably experience with Terraform. You have deep practical hands-on experience with Azure Synapse / DataBricks and/or Azure Data Lake. You have experience with maintaining data processing pipelines or data models. You must have good communication skills, and be able to communicating data issues to various stakeholders. Proficient language skills in English, oral and written, is a prerequisite. English is the working language at AutoStore.
