You will be part of the management team, which includes business decisions, project execution, improving the way of working, and other topics related to management of the organization. The time perspective will be both short- and long term, to secure that the organization evolves to meet future demands and growth.
As Operations Manager you will have responsibility for project deliveries and ensure project management. Through structures and good leadership, you will ensure that customers feel confident about our projects. In addition to managing specific projects, you will set the overall plan for the team and customer.
Your main responsibilities will be
- Manager for a team which consist of project managers, application consultants and software developers
- Plan, execute, monitor and control project resources, deliveries, risks and budgets
- Manage projects according to our project model (Promise)
- Create and maintain progress reports for projects
- Evaluate and analyze the project results and contribute to improvement
- Represent Consafe Logistics and the project group to the customer
What makes you a great candidate?
We believe you have the following profile:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in IT, logistics, WMS, or B2B
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics or related degree
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, spoken and written
- Strong business mindset
- Coaching skills and the ability to motivate and lead a project team
- We also believe that a solid knowledge and understanding of software projects is important to succeed in this role
