We are currently seeking to recruit six project managers at different levels. We are specifically interested in individuals who possess extensive senior-level experience – comfortable with executing large strategic projects/programmes, as well as those who have recently acquired project management expertise.

We envision that you have a background in a Bachelor's degree program in economics, administration, project management, or engineering. You are driven by the opportunity to achieve excellent outcomes alongside your colleagues.
 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager you will be part of the Change Methodology team as a pool of project management professionals for the Bank and will be dynamically assigned to run projects or programmes under the sponsorship of a functional area – driven by the Bank’s priorities. Project Sponsors are overall accountable for project success, securing key governance decisions and benefits realization.  

As our Project Manager your responsibility will include:

Santander is also embracing Scaled Agile Framework, thus Project Managers will act as coordinators and Epic owners for initiatives executed through the Agile Release Trains, as well as leading more traditional projects.
