Now we are hiring a Chief Digital Officer in Oslo, Norway, to lead our global digital team working together towards our vision – Improving our future.

About the job
As our CDO you will be accountable for further developing and executing our digital strategy, aligning it with our business needs, setting it as a foundation to reach our future company goals. The role includes responsibilities such as:
- Accountable for quality assurance and execution of Scatec’s digital strategy and roadmap
- Accountable for the overall enterprise architecture, insight services and data governance in Scatec
- When necessary, challenge and educate the rest of the company to ensure higher digital maturity, including agile ways of working
- Oversee successful implementations and scaling of digital technologies in the company through management of a digital unit consisting of approximately 20 hires
- Act as trusted advisor for the leadership team and business – this requires a deep understanding of Scatec’s business, and how business challenges can be solved with state-of-the-art technology
- Ensure sufficient Cyber Security focus in the organization – this includes building an internal audit function on cyber security and procuring relevant services when necessary
- Accountability for the process of procuring systems and services and as well the governance of suppliers and frame agreements
About you
You have experience with digital transformation processes, you have a passion for leadership and want to make an impact in a fast-growing international business. You are used to working in a matrix organization where you are adding value to the business units with technology as an enabler. When evaluating candidates, we will look for willingness to learn, relationship management skills, and a combination of business – and technical understanding and experience. Higher education at a Master-level is required.
