We are looking for a Sales Manager that can grow our position on the market by creating long-term relationships. The position will focus on proactive solution sales where you are responsible for driving the complete sales process from initial contacts, need analysis to presentation and closing business. Our customers are mainly large and medium-sized companies with international operations. Your will be interacting with both senior management, IT/logistics and warehouse managers which requires good communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
To assist you in the exploration work, you have the marketing department that creates the foundation for sales efforts in different types of lead generation and marketing activities. The work is project-oriented and as a Sales Manager, you are accountable for the sales project. You will be responsible for the coordination of all internal functions and the expertise that needs to be involved in the sales activities.
To be successful in this position, we think that you have at least five years of well-documented experience in complex B2B sales as well as excellent skills in establishing customer relations and creating long-term business. Experience from logistics and /or business IT systems is meritorious.
As a Sales Manager, you have the ultimate responsibility towards customers, which places high demands on a well-structured approach and good prioritization but also of accuracy and ability to analyze, quickly identify and translate customer needs into constructive business solutions.
In order to reach the set goals, you are business-oriented, trustworthy and responsive to the needs of the customers and also enduring, energetic and effective.
Many of our customers are in an international market and therefore we would like to see you have experience from international sales. The position requires very good knowledge in English and Norwegian both verbally and in writing. We also believe that you have a university degree or similar.
