What you will do

As Head of Market Research & Customer Experiences, your goal is to interpret what the future customer expectations are, and how the availability of new air mobility concepts may affect customer preferences, and choices? In the role you are curious to fully understand the customer experience imperative and have the right skills to get the insight needed.

When more data is required you find it easy ask for further help from Widerøe Zero’s clients and/or partners or suggest additional research to be conducted by professional reserach bodies such as SINTEF (N), Institute of Transport Economics (N) ATI (UK) or other.

Morover, you are responsible for suggesting and conducting real market testing and commercialisation (Commercial piloting) on request from clients and partners. As customers cannot know what they want before they have seen their options, you appreciate the iterative and continuous nature of this research as new concepts are being suggested.
