Who are you?

We believe you have experience in building, leading and growing a SaaS business, and that you’re familiar with P&L and personnel responsibility. When it comes to formal background, we anticipate that you have either an academic education on a Master level or the equivalent in terms of relevant working experience. We need a leader with an extremely strong commercial background, with a demonstrable record of operationalizing commercial strategies that have increased profitability and growth. It will definitely be a big advantage if you also have:

•    Experience and knowledge of the software (integration) market  
•    Experience leading the internationalization of a business and establishing/managing operations across multiple geographies 
•    Existing network of potential partners at senior management level in software, IT channel, IT services or management consulting is an advantage 
•    Demonstrable experience transforming and successfully implementing processes, ideally in a small-medium sized business during scale up phase  
•    Experience building durable and profitable partnerships and alliances, ideally within a business following a platform strategy 
•    Good insights into different distribution and channel models, including OEM offerings, in the mid-market and enterprise software and consulting sectors  
•    Sales and genuine technical interest and experience 
•    Fluency in English and ideally one of the Scandinavian languages

What are your responsibilities?

Here are some of your main tasks:
•    Ensure the company consolidates and quickly grows market share through strategic partnerships, to deliver on the chosen go-to-market strategy 
•    Build and develop a well-structured and efficient organization that enables ConnectMyApps to reach the company’s and owner’s goals 
•    Manage the product life-cycle to ensure the timely delivery and ongoing development of the company’s solutions to meet market needs
•    Drive innovation and development of the company’s solution portfolio and optimize the service delivery model
•    Lead further geographic expansion of the company
•    Develop clear goals and KPIs that create transparency and set expectations for the core functions  
•    Give direction and shape to the organization with the goal to optimize performance and results 
•    Contribute to building competence, skills, and a company culture to deliver exceptional service to clients and partners
•    Build and maintain good relations with the owners, customers, partners, and other key stakeholders
